She was walking down the street
With her headphones in
You could tell she was just trying to forget something
The boy he smiled and said hey girl
Where you heading to in this rainy world
She looks up at him with tears in her eyes
And says I dunno I’m just ready to die
He says why girl what’s wrong
I’m just not strong enough to carry on
Within an instant he’s living her life
She tells a story that no one would like
He fights back the tears that brim in his eyes
But the girl, she openly cries
I can’t do this anymore
I’m not as strong as I thought before
He looks away from her piercing eyes
And now understands why she lies
The tattered clothing and bruises everywhere

It's acutally more along the lines of a song, but idk. It was inspired somewhat by ~Concrete Angel by Martina McBride~ a beautifully heartwrenching song.
